The Scientific Society for Management and Consulting (WGMB) in cooperation with the economic journal Capital honors h&z in the categories “Transformation” and “Purchasing & Procurement.”
Munich, December 14, 2017 – The management consultancy h&z is one of the secret market leaders in the consulting industry. This was recently demonstrated when h&z received the “Hidden Champion” award with a second place in the categories “Transformation” and “Purchasing & Procurement.” The award is presented every three years by the Scientific Society for Management and Consulting (WGMB) in cooperation with the economic journal Capital.
Only a few mid-sized consulting agencies are able to prevail in the top segment of the market. h&z has been able to do it and was crowned Hidden Champion in the “Transformation” category. This segment evaluates the successful realignment of companies with the goal of profound and sustainable performance increase. h&z aims not merely to restructure a company, but to renew it comprehensively and sustainably. “A lot of times, change processes are met with resistance, are not managed sufficiently, and therefore often fail. We have developed a sustainable transformation strategy for our clients. It not only promises success through excellent solutions, but also has a clearly better and sustainable effect due to the strong interlinkage of management and employees. This is not transformation with a crowbar, but with head, heart and hand,” says Stefan Aichbauer, Managing Partner at h&z.
With its sustainable approach and expertise in transformation projects, h&z has clearly distinguished itself from market competitors such as McKinsey, A.T. Kearney, and Boston Consulting Group. The company was also among the top three consultancies in the award category “Purchasing and Procurement.” h&z is thus being honored with the Hidden Champion Award twice.
