But what’s important is how we do something. It’s our intent to work closely with you and to get a feeling for what is do-able.
Without knowledge, there is no change! That’s why consulting and training in our own Academy go hand-in-hand at h&z and are mandatory for our employees. This is a basic requirement so that our clients can benefit from the synergies of our own continuous knowledge and experience exchange. This is how we quickly and directly integrate new topics into our training classes that have been proven in practice, find new levers, methods and tools from consulting, and vice versa.
Steering industry developments and gaining advantages in speed over the competition. Creating synergies and using them. And transferring technology and expanding the possibilities of diversification as well – all of these things are indicators of our excellent network.
The goal of the Transformation, which was founded in 2008, is: “To leave a global footprint with cooperation partners who internalize the same values and strategy approaches.” Clients of the Alliance benefit from the synergies that come from such a large network of experts who work in different geographies.
One thing we can’t tolerate is social injustice. For many years, we’ve been advocates for socially disadvantaged people in Germany and poorer countries. With the charitable association Head Heart Hand e. V., we created a framework in 2003 to initiate projects and drive charitable activities.
