Without knowledge, there is no change! That’s why consulting and training in our own Academy go hand in hand at h&z and are mandatory for our employees. This is a basic requirement so that our clients can benefit from the synergies of our continuous knowledge and experience exchange. This is how we integrate new topics proven in practical application, levers, methods and tools from consulting quickly and directly into our training classes and vice versa.
Steering industry developments and gaining advantages in speed over the competition. Creating synergies and using them. And transferring technology and expanding the possibilities of diversification as well – all of these things are indicators of our excellent network.
Leaving a global footprint together with cooperation partners who internalize the same values and strategy approaches: that is the goal of the Alliance founded in 2008. The advantage for companies is clear: The area-wide networking is the perfect synergy of efficiency and distance.
One thing we can’t tolerate is social injustice. For many years, we have been advocating for socially disadvantaged people in Germany and poorer countries. With the charitable association Head Heart Hand e. V., we created a framework in 2003 to initiate projects and drive charitable topics.
