When one’s own driving experience recedes into the background with e-mobility and autonomous driving, mobility services gain traction for differentiation and for tapping new revenue sources. Such mobility services are in part specific for certain markets and regions. In addition, these services should be integrated seamlessly into existing digital ecosystems. In order to meet the high degree of regional specificity of services, h&z cooperates for example with the Nomura Research Institute, Japan’s largest management consultancy. We want thereby to ensure that we are able to cover the Asian market completely for the local automobile manufacturers and support them.
Currently, most manufacturers list topics such as E-Mobility, digitalization and transformation as part of their strategy, while strategy development often takes place in a small circle. That does not always yield the desired results, since it is the various departments that must achieve the strategic goals. To that end, the company goal, the approach and the process must be broken down to the departments. After all, it is they who must develop the respective measures.
