Diversity management and equal opportunities are not just theory at h&z, but lived culture. We staff all positions with the best employees and consultants. Our vision is to assign leadership positions at h&z equally to both genders.
To that end, h&z supports female consultants with their own coaching program to help them find their individual role and career strategy. In addition to individual coaching tailored to personal needs and situations, each new female colleague is personally supported and coached by an experienced female consultant.
We’ve also created the monthly FCC – the Female Consultants Club. This club is focused on better networking, mutual exchange regarding ongoing client and project topics as well as discussions about personality development. A number of relevant topics are discussed during these events, including recruiting of female colleagues in all consulting roles, and promoting and influencing company decisions regarding work-life balance.
These activities are now having an effect, because we’re seeing a clear trend towards more women in the required positions. h&z can therefore use more mixed teams in project work, which have proven to work more successfully.
