RECEPTIONIST / TEAMASSISTANT (f/m/d)
Full-time, starting August 2021, for our Munich office, initially limited until the end of 2022
What is there to do?
You independently manage our reception and are the first contact person by phone
You are responsible for receiving visitors and looking after guests including administration, preparation, support and follow-up of meetings and training sessions
The processing of incoming and outgoing mail and the procurement of office supplies are part of your duties
You are also happy to take on administrative tasks (e.g. travel cost management, rental car management, support in travel management, …)
You support the organization and realization of customer events and trade fairs
What do you bring with you?
Completed professional training and relevant professional experience in the areas of reception, assistance and office management
You have a professional, friendly appearance and a confident communication style
You have an independent way of working, a strong customer and service orientation and organizational skills
You are a team player, committed, motivated and like to take on responsibility
You are familiar with common MS Office tools, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
You speak fluent German and very good English
